Midwest Pediatric Cardiology Society (MWPCS) helps physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals continue practical and formal education through an annual meeting of scientific sessions, as well as providing a network of members, to members only, for consultation considerations.

The annual meeting includes review and discussion of state-of-the-art pediatric cardiology and cardiovascular surgery as practiced at major Midwest medical centers. The topics of discussion may include, but are not limited to, congenital heart disease – pediatric and adult, research, and transplantation; cardiac catheterization, intervention, and electrophysiology; cardiovascular surgery; and non-invasive imaging including echocardiography.
